Dan Gerous

The award-winning Munich-based DJ and producer Dan Gerous is known far beyond Germany's borders for his energetic and versatile sets and edits. His deep hip-hop & dancehall roots can be felt in his productions as well as in his DJ sets, which are characterized by bass-heavy dance music - he seamlessly mixes Baile, (Miami) Bass, Dancehall, Shatta, Afro, House, Amapiano, RnB, Jersey and more to realize his vision of the ultimate club night.ht.

With his ear always on the pulse of the global club scene, Monsieur Dangereux has developed a keen nose for the next hypes and is at least one step ahead of the crowd. Equally impressive is his feel for the crowd and the accompanying balance between underground and mass appeal in his sets. These skills, among others, earned him a top 10 finish at the Red Bull 3Style World Championships in Tokyo.

When he's not touring the world's clubs solo, you'll probably find Dan Gerous together with his partner Notfx as a duo “Crux Pistols” in the studio or on a festival stage. In addition to all touring and producing, Dan also co-operated the Munich hip hop club “Crux” from 2009 to 2020, leaving a lasting mark on Munich's nightlife. His new event series “Feelings” has just gotten off to a promising start in Munich, offering the Soundcloud scene there a new home.
